Among the all pervading universal, national and even personal gloom, the successful launch of Chandrayaan-1 today morning leaves the heart filled with ecstasy. Shall be keenly watching its progress...
I do not write this because of what happ in mumbai but i feel compelled to ask, 'why'? recently i read 'the white tiger' & more than ever it seemed that nothing we do or build - the BPOs, the nano or the SEZ - will make sense if we cant provide a doctor in each indian village or proper teachers in govt schools or ensure laudable welfare schemes actually reach those it's intended for.
